REGISTRATION:

Registration fee includes participation in all scientific sessions, program and abstract book, lunches, coffee breaks, get-together tour and dinner reception (June 28) and tour and festive dinner (June 29).

On-line registration will be available until June 24, 2020. Thereafter please register at the registration desk at the conference venue. (Registration desk opens at 7:30 on June 28 and 30.)

Hotel accommodations include bed, full Israeli buffet breakfast and 15% service charge.
Official check-in time for hotels is 15:00 and check-out is 12:00.
All requests for accommodations must be prepaid.

Please note: Local bank charges and commissions are the responsibility of the participant and must be paid at source in addition to the registration fees.
The name of the conference and of each participant must be indicated on the bank transfer and fully completed registration forms should be submitted together with a copy of the bank transfer.
Registration will only be valid upon receipt of the full payment by the registration department.

All bookings made within 30 days of the conference must be paid by credit card. Outstanding invoices will require a credit card payment on arrival at registration and will be charged at the on-site rate.


CANCELLATION POLICY:

Any amendments or cancellations must be made in writing to the conference organizers prior to the conference.

Registration cancellations received before May 31, 2020 are subject to a service charge and bank fee of $60.
No refunds will be made on cancellations received on or after May 31, 2020.

Hotel cancellations received up to 72 hours before check-in date are not subject to a cancellation fee.
No refunds will be made on hotel cancellations received less than 72 hours before check-in date
.

All refunds will be processed after the conference.

Note: In case of cancellation at any stage, bank transfer handling fee ($35) will not be refunded (applicable to bank transfer payments only).
