Registration & Accommodations


Registration fee includes participation in all scientific sessions, program and abstract book, lunches, coffee breaks, get-together tour and dinner (May 23) and tour and festive dinner (May 24).

On-line registration will be available until May 19, 2021. Thereafter please register at the registration desk at the conference venue. (Registration desk opens at 7:30 on May 24 and 25).

Hotel accommodations include bed and full Israeli buffet breakfast.
Official check-in time for hotels is 15:00 and check-out is 12:00.
All requests for accommodations must be prepaid.

Please note: Local bank charges and commissions are the responsibility of the participant and must be paid at source in addition to the registration fees.
The name of the conference and of each participant must be indicated on the bank transfer and fully completed registration forms should be submitted together with a copy of the bank transfer.
Registration will only be valid upon receipt of the full payment by the registration department.

All bookings made within 30 days of the conference must be paid by credit card. Outstanding invoices will require a credit card payment on arrival at registration and will be charged at the on-site rate.


Any amendments or cancellations must be made in writing to the conference organizers prior to the conference.

Registration cancellations received before April 25, 2021 are subject to a service charge and bank fee of $60.
No refunds will be made on cancellations received on or after April 25, 2021.

Hotel cancellations received up to 72 hours before check-in date are not subject to a cancellation fee.
No refunds will be made on hotel cancellations received less than 72 hours before check-in date

All refunds will be processed after the conference.

Note: In case of cancellation at any stage, bank transfer handling fee ($35) will not be refunded (applicable to bank transfer payments only).
